Supporting women planning a better birth after caesarean
In this workshop we will look at the role of the midwife or birthworker in supporting women in planning their birth after caesarean.
We will explore the importance of trauma informed approaches to debriefing previous birth experiences and the evidence surrounding birth after cesarean options.
The workshop then uses the four factors from Hazel’s PhD findings to see how to support women plan the best birth after caesarean for them.
